Authors

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theoretical educational construct for the activity Reflection on Practice as a strategy for the Permanent Education of teachers, based on our experience as learning facilitators in the Project Development of Residency Program Management and Preceptorship in the SUS - DGPSUS edition 2021/2023. It used concepts of reflection on practice developed by contemporary educators with significant contributions from the reflective school. A figure was constructed based on the evaluation wheel, enabling the epistemology of the reflective teacher to be visualized in the development of the Reflection on Practice activity. The construction of the theoretical framework allowed us to understand that the power of the way we developed this activity for processes of changing practices lies in the collective process of self and hetero reflection in a learning community that shares context, signs, meanings and contemporaneity.
